Arrange for Care Inside and Outside Your Home

Additional services:

• Stock refrigerator and/or freezer as requested or running errands - $35.00 per hour, plus cost of groceries
• Water and feed interior and exterior plants per instructions - Call for price
• Trickle charge and check tires on vehicle - $15.00 per month (vehicle checked during our weekly outside, inside visual inspections for mold)
• Driving insured vehicle is $25 per hour - one hour minimum
• Key service for outside contractors, provide access to property for insurance agents, local contractors, service repairmen, cleaning services, or other on-site service providers - Lockbox fee $10.00 per week
• Monitor to see that service provider's work is done properly - $35.00 per hour
• Digital photographic e-mail reporting of new construction - $25.00 per visit
• Serve as security alarm notification agent - $50.00 working hours 8-5, $75.00 after working hours, weekends, and holidays
• Answering security alarm calls 24/7 (see above)
• Arrange for cleaners inside, power washing lanais, exteriors, roofs, driveways, and walkways, window cleaning in and out - Call for cost
• Mail forwarding - $10.00 per month, plus postage
• Cleaning services - Call for pricing ($100.00 and up)
• Handyman services - Call for pricing
• Check and replenish salt water purifier as needed - $35.00, plus salt
• Supervise or check on new construction - $35.00 per hour, with digital photos sent to you.

• Pre-storm inspections with photos for insurance purposes - $35.00 first hour, plus $25.00 per hour for additional time
• Permanent hurricane shutters closed or opened - $35.00 per hour
• Panels installed - $75.00 per hour per man - 2 person minimum
• Post-storm inspections with photos for you and your insurance company - $35.00 for first hour, $25.00 per hour after
